Acrylic Flow - Private Workshops & Events

The fee per person for a private 1-hour class in South Bay Los Angeles is $65.  For each additional person in your party, there is a $5 discount, as follows:

1 person: $65

2 people: $60 x 2 = 120

3 people: $55 x 3 = 165

4 people: $50 x 4 = 200

5-10 people: $45/person

 

Mobile/Remote classes are available at the above prices with an additional travel fee as follows:

  • $100 flat fee within a 5 mile radius. $25 for every mile thereafter, up to 20 miles in total.

  • The travel fee is a flat fee not impacted by the number of people in the group. 

  • Please inquire regarding a group larger than 10 people.

We can discuss your needs and goals and determine how best to meet them through a specially curated class for you and/or your family/friends/colleagues.  For inquiries, please send a message via the contact form on any page of our website.​  This is a wonderful opportunity for bonding and team building.

Each Acrylic Flow workshop can include: 

  • instruction on how to mix and pour acrylic flow paint, including at least 1 pouring technique

  • all necessary paints and supplies

  • 1 large (10-12") or 2 medium-sized (8") canvases plus 2 mini canvases (3"- 5”) per person

  • supportive guidance and instruction throughout the process

 

Due to the nature of this painting style, the artwork will need to be in a covered area to dry for up to 3-5 days (depending on weather/humidity, etc.) to dry completely before guests can take them home.  For the class, you will need a minimum of one 4' table per person or 6' table per two people.  Arrangements will be made to pick up the paintings when dried.  For an additional fee, the paintings can be sealed with a spray varnish.  If desired, completed paintings can be shipped at the clients' expense.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For groups of 5 or more, a 50% deposit of total fees (not including travel fee) for your event must be paid at time of booking, at least one week in advance to ensure supplies can be purchased and paint can be prepared in time for your workshop.  The balance (including any applicable travel fee) must be paid the day of the event.  Cancellation for groups of 5 or more people must be made at least 1 week in advance in order to receive a full refund.  Less than one week in advance can be rescheduled to a later date with a credit for any portion already paid.  Please keep in mind that all paint is mixed in house - we do not purchase pre-mixed acrylic pouring paints. 

 

Any reservation of 4 or fewer people can be cancelled within 24 hours and/or rescheduled with a full refund, as needed.
